Both Manitoba and Prince Edward Island have issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination through their respective Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These latest draws continue to support candidates with strong qualifications and ties to the provinces, helping to strengthen local economies and communities.

Manitoba PNP Draw (February 14-21, 2025)

On February 20, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted two separate draws under different streams, selecting candidates based on their qualifications and direct invitations.

International Education Stream

  • Invitations Issued: 19

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Must hold a master's degree or higher.

    • Must declare a Manitoba supporter who:

      • Is a close relative.

      • Holds Canadian citizenship or permanent residency.

      • Has resided in Manitoba for at least one year.

Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

  • Invitations Issued: 22

  • Minimum Score Required: 711

  • Selection Criteria: Candidates must have received a direct invitation through a strategic recruitment initiative.

Total Invitations Issued: 41

  • Among them, seven candidates had valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.
